Shipping Information
FREE Delivery!
All of our prices include freight to anywhere in the continental
United States. Because we're using specialized furniture carriers, we
incur minimum charges for shipments totaling less than 150 lbs.
Additional charges will apply on small orders totaling less than 150 lbs
(including out of stock items). For this reason, it makes sense to order
chairs, bookcases and hutches at the time that you order your desk.
Additional delivery charge applies to off shore islands like Nantucket.

Guarantees page for details on returns and other guarantees.
How is it Shipped?
When we receive your order we notify a carrier who services your part
of the country. Shortly after they receive you order from us, they will call you to confirm delivery.
Also, they will call you the day before your delivery to confirm the timeframe of when they will be arrive. Standard delivery time on the East Coast, is 3 to
5 weeks from time of order. West Coast and some states, is 4 to 8
weeks. Confirming delivery makes you obligated to have someone there
for delivery when the delivery crew delivers your order. Otherwise
delivery charges may apply. When the delivery crew arrives, they will
bring your furniture in to your home or office and set it up where you
choose. All you have to do is arrange your computer, switch on the power, and enjoy. Customers are responsible for disposing of all packaging materials.
How long before I can expect my delivery?
The standard delivery time frame for the East Coast is 3 to 5 weeks,
4 to 8 week for the West Coast and other states. Fortunately, on
average, most East Coast deliveries run every 2 to 4 weeks and West
Coast deliveries run every 4 to 6 weeks. Our shipping system, is not for
those who are in a rush to receive furniture.
International Sales
Service is available to Alaska, Hawaii, and most international
locations. For international freight quotes, please e-mail us or call
with the items you are considering purchasing and the city and country
you wish us to ship to. We are normally able to provide a quote within
72 hours. Please contact our Customer Service department for more
info.
Payment Methods
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discovery, money orders
and personal checks. Customer accounts are charged 1 to 2 weeks prior to
delivery. If paying by check, the order isn't released to the shipper
until we receive the check. By Law, tax is applied to all FL & NC
customers.
Furniture Returns
Damage
We appreciate your business and want you to be completely satisfied.
If any of your items are damaged upon delivery, accept them, indicate
the damage on the receiving work sheet and call our Customer Service
immediately. Depending on damage we'll send parts, arrange for an
in-home repair or exchange the order.
Canceled orders
You may cancel an order at anytime before confirming delivery with
the delivery company. Also, when our delivery people bring in your
furniture, take a good look at it. If it's not every bit as good as we
say it is, send it back with the drivers and we'll charge you absolutely
nothing.
30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
All of our products are backed by our unconditional 30-day
satisfaction guarantee. If for any reason you're not satisfied with your
purchase we offer a full refund minus the return freight charge.
Unfortunately, if you make any permanent modifications to the furniture
then it voids the return policy.
