Dear Computer Furniture Direct,
I received my order of a Troon Desk and Hutch yesterday, barely two
weeks from the date I ordered. Quite frankly, I was a bit apprehensive
about ordering a relatively expensive piece of furniture on
line. I even checked the Florida BBB.
Well, I have to admit that I'm truly impressed with the clockwork,
efficiency you exhibited in delivering the desk, the quality of the
product, and the functionality of the design. It looked great on line
initially, and better in your top-of-the-line catalog. I looked all
around the Western New York region for a work station with the Troon
features without success therefore I couldn't believe my eyes when I
toured your web site. If something of this quality was even available in
this region, it would cost at least $2000 more than what I paid. I
viewed computer desks in "quality" stores. They were
constructed with inferior materials, of poor design, with limited wire
management variations. Again,
congratulations for offering and delivering a great product.
On another note, the delivery men of the Delivery Co. also represented
you very well. My hat is off for the delivery guys. They were personable,
polite and professional. They took great care in unpacking, placement
and assembly. They really were great.

face of a drawer. I took receipt of the order and the chips were noted
